Multiple FTP Accounts:

This tool allows you to setup ftp access for users through the FTP feature inside your Control Panel. 

From inside the FTP feature, click on FTP Accounts and add a username and password for the user that you are granting ftp access. The user then can access your account utilizing the same instructions you received with your welcome letter.

Limiting access:

This tool allows you to set up FTP accounts so that particular users can upload (and download) files to particular sections of your site.

You should first set up a sub domain for this user or user(s). 

You can then use this option to set up an FTP account and specify the password the user(s) will need to use when FTPing to the folder accessed by this sub domain. 

The FTP account must be set up with a username which matches the sub domain prefix. The system will then automatically associate the two.

How it works:

Click "add account."

Create a login and user name for the new user. 

The system will confirm your new users information. 

The system also allows you to delete users.
